Staff Product Manager, Financial Risk

📋 Description

• Own the Financial Risk platform vision and strategy, balancing fraud prevention with user experience.
• Drive the roadmap for the Decision Platform (real-time fraud rules engine) across rails.
• Build fraud investigation tooling and automations, including case workflows and dedup.
• Define restriction and mitigation framework for fraud signals (suspensions, blocks, limits).
• Operate as a platform PM, designing extensible APIs and integration patterns for new rails.
• Partner with Fraud and Data Science on model integration and rule development.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years PM experience in fraud, risk, or trust & safety.
• Platform PM experience; design APIs, schemas, extensibility.
• Strong technical fluency: streaming, orchestration, ML model integration.
• Breadth across real-time decisioning, investigation tooling, compliance reporting.
• Data-driven decision making with quantitative analysis.
• Experience with fraud operations: case management and tooling for analysts.
• Shipping mentality: ship, monitor, iterate fraud rules.
• Strong communication across engineering, operations, compliance, and exec.
• Ability to work independently with action-oriented approach.
