📋 Description

• Lead fraud prevention initiatives across all Wellhub products.
• Identify vulnerabilities with operations to detect and prevent fraud.
• Own the product roadmap for fraud prevention and balance security with user experience.
• Drive product planning and manage a well-thought-out roadmap.
• Work with data and engineering to extract actionable insights.
• Create OKRs, metrics, KPIs, and track progress.

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of experience leading impactful product development.
• Very organized with excellent communication skills.
• Data-driven, using metrics and insights to iterate.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Collaborative and approachable, effective with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and mastery of AI fundamentals; willing to learn AI.
