• Define and execute the vision for access control, identity, and governance at Webflow.
• Represent enterprise customer needs to shape product direction with GTM teams.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record delivering high-velocity enterprise experiences
• Fluency in enterprise security/governance — identity, RBAC, audits, compliance
• Understand website and AI tech and marketing tools for site optimization
• Systems thinker; see how a feature fits broader product and strategy
• Thrive in ambiguity; stay curious and open to AI and emerging tech
