Staff Product Manager, Growth

📋 Description

• Own all product development for supporting and improving our SEO.
• Develop forward-looking SEO strategy to grow top-of-funnel user acquisition.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives: site architecture, crawl, schema, index health.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Category teams to embed SEO.
• Create ideal user flows to retain acquired users and explain Reddit to SEO users.
• Develop frameworks for optimizing structured data, content signals, and entity authority for LLM discoverability.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of the SEO ecosystem.
• Expertise in technical SEO at scale: architecture, structured data.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years product management experience.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills with applied statistics.
