(Staff) Product Manager - Growth (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Own the Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, commercial outcomes
• Identify target accounts; conduct discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping
• Prototype fast — with AI tooling — so ideas become touchable in weeks/months
• Run experiments; kill losers quickly; double down on what converts
• Convert prototypes into paid POCs, then paid contracts and product lines
• Lead a small team of engineers as an active, hands-on product manager

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product; proven zero-to-one, revenue-generating products
• Senior or staff level; run a squad without external direction
• Fintech experience; comfortable with financial services complexity and regulation
• Commercial mindset: ROI; able to present to a fund CFO/COO; discovery to contracts
• Fluent with AI tools like Claude, Lovable, or similar for research and prototyping
• Experimental by temperament; high-risk, high-reward; fast, cheap failures
