Build scaling roadmap: multi-partner support, expansion, pricing.
Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Ops, Marketing, and Capital Markets.
Define success metrics from funnel data; communicate tradeoffs clearly.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in product management; mortgage/HELOC or regulated lending.
Proven 0-to-1 builds to scale; LO/underwriting infra migration.
Strong lending compliance knowledge; risk/legal partnership.
Vendor/partner management: evaluate, negotiate, integrate.
Executive communication; cross-functional leadership; decisive decision-making.
