🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent building experience, with a track record
• Forward-deployed customer obsession. Build conviction by getting close to the work: visiting
• AI product instincts grounded in real operations. Think in loops (signals → decisions → actions →
• Excellent product judgment and taste. Can reduce cognitive load, simplify messy workflows, and
• Technical depth and strong engineering partnership. Can reason about systems, data flows
• Bias toward outcomes over features. Can connect product work to customer and business impact.
