Staff Product Manager, Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own infra planning, prioritization, and roadmaps for Harvey's core platform
• Define metrics for adoption, engagement, quality, and business impact
• Align product roadmap with customer feedback, data, and market trends
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM to ship high-quality products
• Architect multi-region deployment strategies and observability infrastructure
• Influence adoption and trust of enterprise customers with rigorous specs

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling software platforms
• Experience owning complex, technical products end to end (platform, infra, AI/ML)
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear strategy, requirements, and roadmaps
• Fluency working with engineering and design teams on technical trade-offs; APIs and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent analytical skills; define metrics and use data to guide decisions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; influence across functions
