• Lead Inspire, Faire’s top-of-funnel discovery team (homepage, category pages, seasonal hubs, global
• Shape Inspire’s strategy and multi-year direction with executive visibility.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to balance retailer delight with
• Own success metrics for engagement and downstream conversion; run experiments and translate results
• Collaborate with CEO and senior leadership on long-term app vision.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product experience at a high-growth tech company or startup founder.
• Proven track record owning top-of-funnel or high-engagement consumer surfaces.
• Mobile product depth: owned native app experience with improved metrics.
• 0→1 experience: launched products from scratch with MVP-focused scoping.
• Highly collaborative, persuasive communicator with deep user empathy.
