🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product mgmt in fintech, financial services, lending, or regulated domains
• Proven track record leading large, ambiguous areas from strategy to execution
• Deep experience building, scaling, or evolving lending, credit, or embedded finance
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment balancing customer, business, and risk
• Proven ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders without authority
• Bachelor's degree or higher
