Staff Product Manager, LLMX Platform

📋 Description

• Own the LLMX platform end-to-end: roadmap, adoption, and quality.
• Partner with engineering, data, and ML leaders as a technical peer.
• Collaborate with EPD teams to define capabilities early.
• Define primitives for agentic features: routing, memory, chat SDK.
• Own platform evaluation: online eval monitoring, datasets, gating.
• Shape make-vs-buy decisions for models and infra.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, AI platform or ML infra.
• Deep AI/LLM expertise: model choices, RAG, latency, cost trade-offs.
• Experience serving internal dev teams and enterprise buyers.
• Strong commercial instinct linking platform investments to deals.
• Systematic about staying current in LLMs and agentic AI.
• Data-driven: define metrics, instrument platform, evaluate quality.
