Staff Product Manager, Monetization & Billing

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy for monetization and billing, including pricing, packaging, subscription
• Drive net revenue retention by identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion while reducing
• Define, monitor, and communicate key commercial metrics such as NRR, expansion revenue, and
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product leadership on pricing and packaging
• Lead the roadmap for billing and metering capabilities and ensure pricing changes are accurately
• Develop partner and agency monetization models, including billing, discounting, incentives, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with deep expertise in pricing, packaging, monetization
• Demonstrated track record of independently leading strategic monetization initiatives and
• Experience designing partner, channel, agency, or reseller pricing and incentive models.
• Hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms such as Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing
• Familiarity with usage-based pricing, metering, and entitlement platforms such as Stigg, Metronome
• Working knowledge of CRM and quote-to-cash technologies, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and related
