Staff Product Manager, New Products

📋 Description

• Own the Product Vision across Harvey app, Word Add-In, and Outlook
• Prioritize and ship integrations with Eng/Partnerships to drive value
• Collaborate with Eng, GTM, CS, and PMM to align investments with strategy
• Partner with GTM and Partnerships to enable sales and narratives
• Define success metrics and iterate based on data

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience; 3+ years at Staff or Senior PM in high-growth tech
• Proven track record scaling complex platform products, esp. enterprise SaaS or data-intensive domains
• Strong technical acumen; engage with Eng on systems, data pipelines, retrieval architectures
• Experience building products with security, compliance, and access control
• Excellent communication to influence engineers to executives
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; drives clarity
• Strong product sense; balance strategy with nitty-gritty details
