Staff Product Manager, New Products

📋 Description

• Lead discovery and validation of new product ideas with rapid prototyping.
• Explore AI-powered experiences across scheduling, meetings and beyond.
• Partner with R&D (Engineering, Design, Research) to build MVPs and experiments.
• Define success metrics for activation, adoption, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction.
• Own the execution path from concept to beta to GA and scale.
• Create product narratives, roadmaps, and long-term strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years PM experience across startups and scaled companies; bonus for founder/early SaaS.
• Proven ability to build 0→1 products and validate ideas in ambiguity.
• Strong product sense and customer empathy; translate insights into bold solutions.
• Experience and curiosity to explore AI possibilities.
• Ability to work in SF office 2–3 times per week.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
