📋 Description

• Own Occupational Health product; translate thesis into a roadmap to paying customers.
• Redefine workflow; replace manual steps with AI-driven processes.
• Make AI the core mechanic; embed AI into scheduling, triage, and reporting.
• Build for regulated ground truth; align NR-01, eSocial, and psychosocial risk with legal.
• Drive planning and measurement; set OKRs and report progress honestly.
• Work close to customers; engage HR buyers, clinics, and brokers to ground decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management; zero-to-one experience.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-heavy markets (health/HR tech).
• AI-native: use AI as default to reduce manual work; comfortable with AI changes.
• Strong analytics and quantitative skills; data-driven prioritization.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven; bias to ship with sound judgment.
• Comfortable without a playbook; help build processes; Advanced English.
