Staff Product Manager, Payments

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end payments product strategy, right from assessing market opportunities and
• Partner with Design to craft a best-in-class payments experience tailored to the unique demands of
• Integrate with multiple payment rails to maximize speed, optionality, and value for customers
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to break ambitious goals into shippable, iterable
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Strategy, Legal, Risk, Operations, Bank Partners, and
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap that maximizes customer value while balancing technical complexity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building exceptional software products
• Proven experience building payments products spanning multiple payment methods: ACH, Wire, RTP
• Knowledge of real estate, title, lending, or insurance industries is a plus
• Experience with Agile Product Development methodologies and scoping, executing, and delivering
• Analytical and strategic with a proven track record of using data to validate assumptions
• Oriented towards solving problems through listening, disambiguating, asking questions, and
