Staff Product Manager, Platform & Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Run discovery with government and commercial customers; build business case.
• Own the Cloud Platform & Infrastructure roadmap with outcome-focused goals.
• Productize Skydio On-Prem: air-gapped and self-hosted offerings.
• Drive compliance programs (FedRAMP, CJIS, DoD RMF) to achieve ATO.
• Coordinate release planning and communicate tradeoffs to teams.
• Evangelize platform capabilities and enable GTM teams with internal playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years product exp shipping cloud platform, infra, or dev-facing products.
• 4+ years in senior/lead roles delivering large cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to turn customer pain into a prioritized roadmap and drive delivery.
• Deep federal/regulatory knowledge (FedRAMP, CJIS, DoD RMF).
• Track record shipping platform features improving reliability, security, or cost.
• US Citizenship required for government contracts; visa sponsorship not offered.
