📋 Description

• Own business impact, not features: drive measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue
• Deliver across every retail industry, accounting for differences in catalog, language, and shopper
• Continuously translate latest ML/IR research and competitive moves into production wins; ship SOTA
• Set chapter vision and strategy: define multi-quarter direction for the Product Discovery Engine
• Lead Search Quality team: own its strategy and roadmap, driving measurable improvements in

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in search, discovery, ML, or NLP-heavy products
• Track record of moving business metrics at scale (conversion, revenue, engagement)
• Understand end-to-end search pipeline (query interpretation, recall, candidate generation, ranking
• Strong ML product depth: own production models and tradeoffs between LLM/batch and low-latency
• Fluent in retrieval, recall, query understanding, and search evaluation frameworks
• Organization and cross-functional leadership; able to align teams behind a shared quality
