Staff Product Manager, Residential Charging & Home Energy Management

📋 Description

• Own the product line roadmap and strategy for home and residential AC hardware, setting direction
• Lead products from development through early access to launch as the product owner for go/no-go
• Define the home energy strategy—including load management, panel-upgrade avoidance, V2H/V2G, and
• Own product relationships with strategic partners including intelligent power management companies
• Drive field quality after launch with Quality, CX, and Engineering, turning installer and driver
• Coordinate cross-vertical dependencies with Commercial, Fleet, and DC Charging, prioritizing shared

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of hardware product management or product line management experience, including
• Experience taking integrated hardware, firmware, and software products from concept to volume
• Proven track record in residential EV charging, solar, storage, inverters, smart panels, load
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive pricing
• Experience with the standards behind home energy integration, including UL 3141, UL 9741, IEEE
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree
