Staff Product Manager, RevOps & Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Define and own the multi-quarter roadmap for QTC and Finance Systems.
• Translate business strategy into prioritized system capabilities.
• Balance competing program demands with transparent trade-offs.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning with Engineering Managers and BSAs.
• Own UAT strategy and acceptance criteria with BSAs.
• Drive post-launch stabilization and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product management, with 3+ in internal/platform PM roles.
• Deep QTC domain: Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite ERP.
• Proven ability to own multi-quarter internal roadmaps for senior stakeholders.
• Strong revenue lifecycle knowledge: ASC606, IFRS 15, billing, revenue recog.
• SOX/compliance awareness with audit trails and change management.
• Experience leading multi-program delivery with competing priorities.
