📋 Description

• Identify high-leverage problems that cut across teams, turn ambiguity into clear product and
• Lead major cross-Risk and cross-Stripe initiatives from initial shaping through delivery, adoption
• Lead changes in Risk's approach to using data and AI to accurately identify and mitigate risk at
• Partner deeply with engineering, data science, and machine learning leaders to shape architecture
• Help product teams across Stripe build on Risk's capabilities quickly and effectively while guiding

• A track record of identifying and delivering high-impact, transformational product or technical
• Demonstrated ability to bring clarity to deeply ambiguous problems, set a compelling direction, and
• Strong technical judgment across data, machine learning, AI, APIs, platforms, and system
• Experience partnering deeply with senior engineering, data science, and product leaders to shape
• Strong product judgment across foundational infrastructure and user-facing experiences, with a
• Deep quantitative fluency and the ability to use data and causal reasoning to understand problems
