Staff Product Manager, Search Experiences

📋 Description

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for search in Firefox Desktop across Windows
• Lead end-to-end experimentation for browser search access points, default experiences, and
• Balance user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue in a dynamic search landscape.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to prototype and ship new search experiences.
• Participate in planning, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to long-term strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management with revenue-impacting, user-facing product areas.
• Experience in search, discovery, AI/ML-powered products, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and product implications.
• Proven track record leading experimentation programs and driving measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in product analytics tools and SQL; strong analytical skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
