Staff Product Manager, Security Configuration Management

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the SCM vision for xOT across OT/ICS.
• Translate customer needs, compliance mandates, and trends into an SCM roadmap.
• Drive core SCM: hardening, drift detection, and reporting.
• Define policy engine using IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CIS benchmarks.
• Translate requirements to Eng and validate use cases with customers.
• Engage customers and internal teams to validate priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management in enterprise security products.
• Deep knowledge of security configuration management: device hardening, drift, remediation, and policy evaluation.
• Experience with active device profiling and discovery for xOT devices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights and define success metrics.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, asset graphs, and backend workflows.
