Staff Product Manager, Security (Public Sector)

📋 Description

• Own the public sector compliance roadmap (FedRAMP, IL5, DoD) priorities.
• Define goals and milestones for major compliance programs (FedRAMP High).
• Lead cross-team programs with governance, metrics, and cadence; embed secure workflows.
• Expand Atlas for Government into new regions and regulated markets.
• Partner with Compliance, Engineering, Legal, and GTM on pricing, certification, and launches.
• Build feedback loops with Customer Engineering, Support, and GTM to shape the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or equivalent with encryption or deep data security.
• Hands-on experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL levels, NIST 800-53, or equivalent.
• Experience working with security-focused engineers in diverse teams.
• Some experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to execs.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
