Staff Product Manager, Sourcing & Job Board

📋 Description

• Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Sourcing and the Job Board.
• Design and evolve the matching and recommendation engine with priority scheduling.
• Own the job acceptance funnel end-to-end: boost views and accepts.
• Ground decisions in data and partner feedback; balance margin and liquidity.
• Lead adoption of new matching logic via experiments and clear communication.
• Provide technical product leadership and serve as primary voice to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management, with marketplaces, matching, or recommendation work.
• Direct experience building two-sided marketplace mechanics (supply-demand, ranking).
• Shipping complex, high-scale features with measurable business impact.
• Analytical and quantitative skills; strong data-driven decision making.
• Ability to partner with ML and Pricing teams; influence models, not own pricing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; align engineering to exec.
• Autonomous senior IC; owns a major product domain.
• Nice to have: exposure to dynamic pricing, manufacturing, or complex logistics.
