Staff Product Manager, Sourcing & Job Board

📋 Description

• Own the multi-year roadmap for Sourcing and Job Board aligned with margin and growth
• Design and evolve the matching and recommendation engine
• Own the job acceptance funnel end to end: discovery to take
• Partner with Pricing and ML teams to influence dynamic pricing and matching strategy
• Establish and monitor KPIs for marketplace health and liquidity
• Ground decisions in behavioral data and partner feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, marketplaces, matching, or optimization
• Built two-sided marketplaces with supply-demand matching, liquidity, or ranking
• Shipped complex, high-scale features with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical skills; reason about algorithms and data
• Ability to partner with ML and Pricing teams without owning them
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and execs
