Staff Product Manager, Sourcing & Job Board

📋 Description

• Own the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Sourcing and the Job Board, aligning matching
• Drive the design and evolution of the matching and recommendation engine that pairs partner
• Own the job acceptance funnel end to end: grow the number of partners viewing the Job Board and
• Partner with the Pricing and Machine Learning teams to influence dynamic pricing and matching
• Balance competing objectives across partner performance, margin, and quality, making principled
• Establish and monitor the KPIs that define marketplace health: sourcing margin, time to take

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience, with a strong track record in marketplaces
• Direct experience building or optimizing two-sided marketplace mechanics (supply-demand matching
• Demonstrated success shipping complex, high-scale features in operational, marketplace, or B2B
• Expert-level analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to reason about algorithmic
• Ability to partner credibly with Machine Learning and Pricing teams: enough fluency in how models
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to align stakeholders from
