Staff Product Manager, Tokenization

📋 Description

• Lead the tokenization roadmap for XRPL: MPT evolution, transfer controls, corporate actions and
• Lead the privacy roadmap: take Confidential MPTs from mainnet launch to institutional scale
• Generate new feature specifications and build the consensus behind them, working with Ripple
• Set the requirements and priorities for each new asset class, and shape the go-to-market that
• Make new primitives usable, not just live: bring hardware wallets, custodians and issuer platforms
• Scope the compliance capabilities that regulated issuers need to meet their obligations on XRPL.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping technical platform or protocol products as a product manager, typically six or
• Comfort with protocol-level design: you can work through ledger internals, token standards and
• Clear writing: specifications, requirements and positioning that bring engineers, partners and
