Staff Product Manager, Vehicle AI

📋 Description

• Own roadmap for advancing vehicle intelligence.
• Define how autonomous systems perceive, reason, plan, and act.
• Translate customer workflows into autonomy requirements.
• Drive end-to-end autonomy lifecycle from data to deployment.
• Define benchmarks and validation for autonomy performance and safety.
• Own the autonomy UX and operator collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building deeply technical products in robotics, AI/ML, or related.
• Strong technical fluency collaborating with engineers on architecture and model tradeoffs.
• Experience building data-driven products with ML or continuous feedback loops.
• Experience with large-scale data analytics and deriving insights.
• Passion for understanding real-world customer workflows and translating to product strategy.
• Excellent judgment in ambiguous environments and prioritization of high-impact opportunities.
