Staff Product Operations Manager - Field Operations

📋 Description

• Coordinate launches of new capabilities in field operations, vehicle ops, and customer ops
• Oversee feedback channels and analyze performance data to drive improvement
• Partner with customers to develop a capability roadmap aligned to company objectives
• Provide transparency and alignment through effective communication of launches, opportunities, issues and decisions
• Act as SME and provide guidance and training support
• You will report to Director of Product Operations and be based in Dallas, TX

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a tech-focused role (PM, Product Ops, Tech PM, or Sales Ops)
• BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience implementing technology in network planning, logistics tech and dispatch
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
• Strong verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration
• MBA or equivalent desirable
• Experience in autonomous vehicle or logistics industries desirable
• Experience managing enterprise-level product rollout desirable
