Define and implement Okta's Product Security Incident Response Program across products.
Operate day-to-day bug bounty tasks: researcher engagement, triage, severity, remediation.
Oversee the full lifecycle from discovery to resolution with timely stakeholder updates.
Lead the security disclosure program from triage to disclosure.
Report on program health and status of activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve vulnerability workflows and governance.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in Information Security focusing on Product Security and vulnerabilities
Experience with security code reviews to identify vulnerabilities and flaws
Experience with Application Security vulnerabilities
Experience with Product Security concepts
Experience with risk management
Experience in incident response for product-related issues
