🎯 Requirements

• Production at scale: owned reliability in large distributed systems.
• Embedded delivery: partner with product teams, not siloed tooling.
• JVM or systems depth: production experience in Java/Go/Rust/C++ or similar.
• Distributed systems: sharding, replication, failure modes, consistency tradeoffs.
• Debugging large codebases: quick orientation and fixes.
• Networking depth and Linux internals for production insight.
