Staff Program Manager (Contingent)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end space systems programs to meet schedule, budget, and requirements
• Interface with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Own scope, schedule, cost, and risk across the full lifecycle
• Plan and facilitate design, qualification, and production milestones
• Develop program plans, KPIs, and regular status reports
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and design quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
• 9+ years in aerospace/electronic systems development with 7+ years PM
• Proven experience overseeing system development from design to qualification and integration
• Strong IMS and EVM knowledge to track and report program execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder interface
• Experience with contract negotiations with CSA, ESA, NASA, or JAXA
