🎯 Requirements

5+ years in consulting, program management, strategy, or related roles.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with technical teams and unfamiliar concepts quickly.
Proven ability to drive execution in ambiguous environments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; prioritization focus.
