Staff Program Manager - Services Business Process Automation

📋 Description

• Define and evolve the BPA roadmap: SLM, BI, automation, IT/OT integration.
• Translate objectives into a time-phased program with milestones and resources.
• Lead cross-functional deployments and integrations from requirements to hypercare using Agile/PMO.
• Own program governance: risks, dependencies, change control, escalation, steering reports.
• Champion KPI framework and ensure BI reporting reflects progress across services.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and build-vs-buy decisions for BPA tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in digital/IT program management, leading CRM/SLM/ERP deployments.
• Proven success managing cross-functional programs in mechatronics, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent; Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of CRM/SLM, BI architectures, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with full budget accountability for digitalization programs.
• Elite stakeholder communication across diverse functional/executive teams.
