📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for multi-suite, multi-department government implementations.
• Coordinate Solutions Architecture, Technical, and Change Management resources without direct
• Establish governance artifacts: RAID logs, decision registers, escalation paths.
• Define scope boundaries and document change triggers to avoid disputes.
• Escalate risks with lead time for intervention to PS leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive PM/Program Management in SaaS; ownership of at least one enterprise-scale
• Experience coordinating across implementation, product, engineering, and sales without direct
• Experience with governmental/public-sector environments; understanding procurement constraints is
• Strong technical/procurement acumen and ability to translate findings into mitigation plans.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to produce client-ready materials.
• PMP preferred; Scrum Master/SAFe certs accepted; PMBOK/Agile knowledge a plus.
