Staff QA Engineer - Workload Management

📋 Description

• Build quality foundations for Kubernetes systems powering AI compute
• Validate workload management stack for new AI accelerator hardware
• Test Kubernetes integrations for robustness, scalability
• Design automated test suites and CI/CD quality practices
• Debug issues across Kubernetes, infra and apps
• Mentor others and drive test strategy across lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python programming, automation and test engineering
• Hands-on Robot Framework or similar automation framework
• Experience testing cloud-native, containerised or distributed systems
• Strong Linux understanding and debugging across layers
• Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI or GitHub Actions)
• Ability to define quality standards and mentor QA engineers
