📋 Description

• Define the long-term testing strategy for Expert Research, built on 'Quality by Design' and
• Close test coverage gaps on our mission-critical and business-critical workflows, such as call
• Build and grow scalable E2E automation, and decide what belongs at the unit, component, API, and
• Partner with developers on test planning for new features, so automation is ready as the code is.
• Set quality metrics and release gates that teams can measure and act on.
• Test AI-powered features, including AI-led interviews and call synthesis, and help define how we

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on E2E automation experience with at least one of Cypress or Playwright, and the willingness
• Strong skills in at least one programming language (such as Ruby, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python
• Excellent test design skills, including API testing and a deep understanding of testing theory.
• Experience with unit and component testing frameworks (such as RSpec or Vitest) and a clear view of
• A track record of using AI tools to speed up software delivery and testing.
• Strong understanding of continuous delivery and release gating.
