📋 Description

• Research retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI techniques for Fivetran AI.
• Prototype ideas quickly and ship production-grade features.
• Define technical direction across multiple teams.
• Build and maintain back-end and front-end systems for the AI product.
• Own production reliability: on-call, incidents, and SRE work.
• Mentor engineers and influence decisions beyond your team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of programming experience in Python and/or Java.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse experience (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience with AI tooling: LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agent frameworks.
• Turn AI/ML research into production features.
• Mentor and influence decisions across teams.
• Comfortable with QA, testing, and reliability work.
