📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to Commercial leaders and hiring managers, translating business
• Lead structured intake meetings to define role expectations, ideal candidate profiles, market
• Independently manage a portfolio of complex and hard-to-fill Commercial searches, from sourcing and
• Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, setting expectations, maintaining
• Coach leaders on structured interviewing, candidate assessment, compensation positioning, and
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive and hard-to-reach talent through market

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven ability to independently manage
• Experience in both agency or executive search environments and in-house corporate recruiting
• Significant experience recruiting Commercial professionals across Sales, Marketing, Market Access
• Experience in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical environments is highly
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leaders, manage stakeholder expectations, and
• Strong practical knowledge of modern recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools, with an interest

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: Massachusetts-based compensation range of $132,000–$167,000 USD.
