Staff Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as primary authority on Design for Reliability for critical battery components
• Translate goals into reliability requirements and lifetimes roadmap
• Design and execute experiments and accelerated life tests
• Perform advanced statistical analysis to predict reliability
• Partner with design owners to down-select concepts using reliability data
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, and Quality to improve product reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with 7+ years in product development and hardware reliability
• Reliability plans, ALT, and data analysis (JMP, Python, Minitab, Reliasoft)
• Strong understanding of Reliability and Quality fundamentals
• Ability to drive experiments from concept to root cause
• Excellent cross-functional communication across product teams
