Staff Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native engineering platforms for validation and release readiness.
• Create production-like release and test environments to improve confidence and readiness.
• Build automated test pipelines, observability signals, reliability, and quality gates in CI/CD.
• Develop automation to boost productivity and reduce manual toil via shift-left practices.
• Design Kubernetes-based platforms for scalable test infra and developer self-service.
• Implement automated validation for failures, deployment checks, and health assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SRE/DevOps/Platform/Software/Infrastructure with related degree, or equivalent.
• Hands-on Kubernetes across cluster operations, networking, storage, security, autoscaling.
• Experience building and operating cloud-native platforms with scalable, highly available services.
• Experience integrating Kubernetes with CI/CD, GitOps, and deployment validation.
• Experience with progressive delivery, canary deployments, feature flags, and automated rollback.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, Java, or Ruby.
