📋 Description

• Research on how agents accumulate and reuse tacit knowledge
• Research on agents' ability to learn and improve continuously
• Research on resilience, safety, and privacy of data handled by agents
• Contribute to research initiatives on dimensions that determine real adoption: safety mechanisms
• Publish and advance the state of the art, testing hypotheses on real deployments

🎯 Requirements

• PhD/MS in computer science, machine learning, or related field, or equivalent research experience
• 2/5 or more years of research experience post-graduation, a significant portion in industrial
• Established publication record at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, or
• Demonstrated track record of setting a research agenda, not only executing one
• Experience providing scientific leadership to cross-disciplinary teams or projects bringing
• Strong software development skills: write, maintain, and optimize high-quality research code
