Lead RF system validation, characterization, and debugging with lab gear.
Drive RF circuit design, EM simulation, and system analysis for architecture.
Partner with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, product, and operations teams to deliver robust RF systems.
Define RF hardware requirements, validation strategies, and production test methods.
Own RF certification and ensure compliance with FCC Part 15, CISPR 11, EN 55035, RED.
Establish RF design standards for antenna integration, PCB layout, grounding, shielding, desense.
Advance R&D of next-generation RF architectures, antennas, and manufacturing techniques.
Mentor engineers and communicate technical risks and recommendations to leadership.
Travel up to 15%, domestically and internationally.
