Staff Robotics Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, integration, validation, and deployment of robotic automation for data centers.
• Collaborate with Graphcore, SoftBank Robotics, and partners to scale robotic capabilities.
• Work on automation systems: manipulation, material transport, inspection, rack/server handling
• Travel to partner sites and across APAC time zones as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in automation or equipment engineering with mechatronics focus.
• Experience moving robotic systems from prototype to production/field deployment.
• Familiarity with material handling systems and automated equipment.
• Knowledge of 3D localization or VLM object detection.
• Proven FAT/SAT validation and delivering technical artifacts with partners.
• Capability to debug full-stack: PLC, high-level code (C# or Python), hardware.
