Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
10+ years in safety/regulatory roles in transportation or safety-critical industries
Expert knowledge of automotive safety policy, regulation, and standards
Understanding of safety-focused product development life cycles
Ability to communicate safety policy and analyses to regulators, engineers, legal, execs
Experience managing cross-functional programs and external stakeholder relationships
