Staff SAP FICO Analyst (m/f/x)

📋 Description

• Act as the technical escalation point for our financial core in SAP FICO
• Design solutions in S/4HANA; decide build-vs-configure-vs-standard; validate changes before production
• Lead FICO workstreams in SAP transformation; quality-gate external implementation partner deliverables
• Monitor and improve financial workflows; align with SAP Global Standards and Clean Core
• Mentor and grow FICO consultants; develop runbooks and best practices
• Support design of integrations using SAP BTP to connect S/4HANA with internal and external systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years SAP FICO experience (GL, AP/AR, AA, CO) in SAP S/4H Private Cloud; REFX knowledge
• Integration with MM, SD, Subscription Billing; Treasury/BCM a plus
• Designing RICEFW items; interface design in SAP Integration Suites (CPI, BTP)
• Solid accounting background (IFRS and HGB); fluent in English
• Experience steering external consultants/SIs; advocate for SAP standards; minimize custom solutions
• Full-cycle implementations or major roll-outs; strong cross-functional collaboration and Agile experience
