Staff Scientist, Bioinformatics/RWD

📋 Description

• Lead and conduct RWE analyses and predictive analytics across oncology, organ health, and women’s
• Apply AI/ML techniques to multimodal data (genomics, clinical, demographic) to derive actionable
• Visualize complex data to support genomics in real-world clinical settings.
• Manage projects from inception to completion with cross-functional collaboration.
• Integrate omics data with clinical/demographic data while maintaining data integrity and
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models (e.g., deep learning, NLP, ensemble methods) to forecast trends and

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven genomics experience, including cancer genomics and molecular pathways
• Expert in bioinformatics tools: mapping, variant calling, CNV analysis, statistics
• Strong SQL, Python or R skills; data visualization proficiency
• Experience with NLP/LLMs for unstructured clinical data; OMOP data models a plus
