Staff Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead security architecture reviews for systems, services, and features.
• Review designs and requirements to embed security early in SDLC.
• Design and build security tooling, automation, and scalable services.
• Drive secure-by-design principles and security best practices.
• Define security standards and guardrails for engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering to identify, prioritize, and remediate security risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in security engineering and related disciplines.
• Hands-on in App, Cloud, Detection & Response, and Infra Security.
• Experience with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (web/API/mobile).
• Deep knowledge of SAST, DAST, SCA, and CI/CD security tooling.
• Strong Python/Go scripting; lead architecture reviews at scale.
• Excellent communication to explain risks to engineers and leadership.
