Staff Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Ship Code in the Platform: write patches, fix vulns, deploy changes
• Build Security Tooling and Automation: create detections, guardrails
• Application Security and Vulnerability Remediation: threat modelling, SAST/DAST
• Platform and Infrastructure Security: cloud security, CI/CD, Terraform
• AI Security and AI-Augmented Engineering: define AI security patterns
• Detection and Response: design detections, incident response, post-incident learnings

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of writing production code and shipping changes
• Comfort in unfamiliar codebases; root-cause analysis; open PRs
• Cloud platforms (GCP preferred; Azure/AWS welcome), CI/CD, IaC (Terraform)
• Deep understanding of security defects and how to design them out
• Strong app security: threat modelling, SAST/DAST, secure SDLC
• SIEM tooling: writing queries, detections, log analysis
